The French Laundry Culinary Garden is currently seeking a farm hand to join their team. Responsibilities would encompass all those pertaining to daily labor across our properties.

This will include but is not limited to:
- Harvesting, planting, seeding, weeding, tilling, prepping, and mulching
- Daily maintenance of seasonal vegetable crops
- Maintenance of fruit orchard
- Daily care of farm animals

All candidates must embody the following characteristics:
- Hard work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Respect for farm product and fellow co-workers
- Strong willingness and desire to learn
- Ability to perform in the elements, including hot summer sun and cold winter rains

Preferably but not essential, candidates will have at minimum one year of farming experience. Culinary experience and an understanding of the culinary arts is very beneficial.

The French Laundry Culinary Garden grows and supplies the highest quality and most unique ingredients to the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group in Napa Valley, CA. These restaurants include The French Laundry, Bouchon, and ad hoc. We manage our flagship 3-acre culinary garden in Yountville, as well as a 1-acre farm and 1-acre orchard in Napa.
